2. Acceptance of the TCU

By accessing and using the Carib Wedding site, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these TCU, you are invited not to use the site.

 

3. Modification of the TCU

The site’s publisher reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. Users are encouraged to regularly check this page to stay informed of any changes. Use of the site after modifications of the TCU constitutes acceptance of these changes.

 

4. Access to the site and its services

Access to the Carib Wedding site is free and open. Users can browse the entire content without registering.
Users can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive information, updates on new articles, and special offers from our partners.

4.1 Becoming a member of Carib Wedding

To participate in the site’s activities and interact with blog posts, users can register as a member in one of the following categories:

• "User" Member: Allows participation in the site’s activities, interaction with blog articles, and access to future features dedicated to engaged couples.

• "Service Provider" or "Vendor" Member: Allows participation in the site’s activities, interaction with the blog, and access to offers dedicated to service providers.

When registering, you must provide a username, a valid email address, and a password. By becoming a member, you agree to follow the behavioral rules outlined in these TCU.

4.2 Offers for service providers

Carib Wedding offers two packages for service providers:

​

• "Essential" Offer (free directory under conditions): Allows service providers to be listed for free in the directory, provided certain commitments are met (see section 5).

• A paid offer for enhanced visibility and premium services: This offer provides increased visibility and access to specific services. Access to the details of this offer and the Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCOS) is available only to registered service provider members and requires a quote request. The TCOS are accessible only to service providers via a dedicated space after their registration is validated.

5. Specific TCU for the "Essential" Offer

 

5.1 Registration conditions – Essential Offer

The "Essential" offer provided by Carib Wedding allows wedding professionals in the Caribbean to be listed for free in the directory. Registration for this offer is free, but it is subject to engagement conditions on Carib Wedding’s social media platforms.

5.2 Social media engagement

As a service provider using the Essential offer, you agree to:

​

• Actively engage with Carib Wedding’s social media posts (Instagram, Facebook), including actions such as liking, sharing, and commenting on posts to support Carib Wedding’s visibility efforts and foster connections with engaged couples.
   

Failure to comply with these commitments may result in the removal of your profile from the directory, without prior notice or compensation.

5.3 Platform responsibility

Carib Wedding provides the service provider directory to facilitate the connection between engaged couples and wedding professionals. However, we do not guarantee the quality, availability, or effectiveness of the services offered by listed service providers.
Carib Wedding does not guarantee clients or business opportunities in exchange for a service provider’s registration in the directory.

5.4 Modification and suspension of the directory

Carib Wedding reserves the right to modify participation criteria for service providers in the directory, suspend, modify, or stop publishing the directory at any time, without notice.

5.5 Duration of registration

Registration in the directory remains valid as long as the service provider complies with these TCU. In case of non-compliance with the stated obligations, Carib Wedding reserves the right to suspend or delete the service provider’s registration without notice or compensation.

 

6. Platform responsibility

Carib Wedding provides only information and advice on wedding planning. We strive to publish quality content, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or timeliness of the information provided. In no case shall Carib Wedding be held responsible for decisions made by users based on the information present on the site.

Furthermore, Carib Wedding offers a service provider directory but disclaims any responsibility for the quality, availability, or pricing of services provided by the listed service providers. Carib Wedding’s role is limited to connecting users with service providers and providing information. We do not guarantee the services offered by the service providers.

Carib Wedding also disclaims any responsibility for site interruptions, malfunctions, maintenance, or bugs, and for any inconvenience caused to users or service providers.

 

7. User behavior on the site

Users agree to use the site in a legal, responsible, and respectful manner. They must respect the rights of others and refrain from posting inappropriate, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Spreading hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Sending spam or unsolicited advertisements.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Distributing personal data without the consent of the concerned individuals.

Carib Wedding reserves the right to delete any contributions, comments, or other content that does not comply with these rules, and to suspend or block the user’s access in the case of repeated violations of the TCU.

Users may share blog articles via social media sharing features, but they must not reproduce or publish the content without explicit permission.
